2024 Annual General Meeting Dinner
14th October 2024
EVENT HIGHLIGHTS
We have recently celebrated its 18th Annual General Meeting, marking the close of an exceptional 2023/2024 season and igniting excitement for the year ahead. The outgoing Executive Team, whose dedication shaped a remarkable season, received heartfelt thanks, with special appreciation for Faculty Advisor Janine Coupe's invaluable contributions over the years.
The new season is already filled with impactful initiatives. A three-part professional development series brought together alumni, recruiters, and mentors, fostering deeper connections and career guidance for members.
Collaborations with MySociaL.ai and USU FoodHub enriched the community experience, while a high-profile consulting competition with McKinsey and a career-focused event with CAANZ helped break career stereotypes, inspiring members to push boundaries in their professional journeys.
International engagement flourished as the Lambda Omega Chapter made its mark at the BAP Regional Meeting in Auckland and the Annual Meeting in Orlando. In Orlando, the chapter achieved the prestigious Platinum Chapter Award for the ninth consecutive year, recognizing their unwavering commitment to excellence. The team presented innovative solutions to homelessness, expanded their network of case competitions, and made a significant impact on literacy during Community Impact Day.
With a fresh start to the 2024/2025 season, BAP proudly introduced its new leadership team, including Faculty Advisor Quan Gan and chairs Jeff Brown, Rhys Jennings, Sunanda Mohan, Christian Habkouk, and Ella Miels. United by a mission to create meaningful, lasting impact, they are eager to build on the chapter's legacy of excellence, driving both professional achievements and community engagement into a season filled with growth, innovation, and purpose.
